Event Planning
At Rethink Events, I support the operations and logistics behind large-scale international summits focused on sustainability, agri-food innovation, and emerging technology. Working within the operations team, I contribute to the delivery of globally recognised events, including Future Food-Tech Summit, World Agri-Tech Innovation Summit and Rethink Materials. My role involves coordinating event logistics, supporting delegate and supplier management, and helping deliver high-profile conferences that bring together industry leaders, investors, startups, and innovators driving the future of sustainable technologies and practices.
Onsite Event Management
I worked within the events operations team at DoubleTree by Hilton Brighton Metropole, one of the UK’s largest residential conference venues, helping deliver high-volume conferences, weddings, exhibitions, and live events on Brighton seafront. Led teams of up to 40 staff and supported the smooth running of events for up to 1,500+ guests, developing strong experience in large-scale logistics, team management, client communication, and high-pressure live event operations.
Production Assistant
Alongside my events work, I worked as a Production Assistant on a corporate shoot for Boostworks through Hansomly Productions, supporting everything from call sheets and props to talent management, logistics, catering, and behind-the-scenes content creation. Working on-set in a fast-moving production environment strengthened my organisational skills, adaptability, and ability to think quickly under pressure. The experience reinforced my interest in production and creative project coordination as a future career path.
